Father's Day Classic Car Show and Cookout, Saturday, June 15, 2024

I am reaching out to you on behalf of Dunwoody Pines Retirement Community, located in Dunwoody, GA. We are excited to announce our upcoming Father's Day Classic Car Show and Cookout, scheduled for June 15, 2024, from 12 Noon to 2 pm.  

As a classic car enthusiast, we would like to extend a heartfelt invitation to you to showcase your beloved vehicle at our event. Our Father's Day celebration is dedicated to honoring the senior men in our community, many of whom have a deep appreciation for classic cars. Some of our residents were once owners of classic car vehicles, and they have fond memories of the joy and excitement that these cars brought into their lives.  

These senior men have lived remarkable lives, serving in various branches of the armed forces, contributing to their communities in meaningful ways, achieving success in business, and cherishing their roles as fathers and grandfathers. As they age, we are committed to reigniting and breathing new life into their cherished memories, and your presence at our event would give them something truly special to talk about.  

Your participation in our Father's Day event would not only bring joy and excitement to our deserving residents but also create a meaningful connection between generations. We believe that hearing about your experiences and stories behind your vehicles would be incredibly inspiring and enriching for our residents.  

As a token of our gratitude for your willingness to share your time and classic car with us, we will be providing complimentary food and drinks for you to enjoy during the event.  

To ensure that we can properly accommodate all attendees, we kindly request that you RSVP by June 1st. This will allow us to have a proper headcount for meals and allocate the proper amount of parking space to accommodate all of the cars. We are looking to feature 25-30 cars and want this to be a celebration for all. Outside members of the surrounding area may also be invited to the event.
